Shirley Flick

Shirley June (Aites) Flick of Cowansville, was carried by angels into the presence of her Lord on Dec. 30, 2021, at ACMH Hospital.

She was born June 10, 1937, in Cadogan, Pa., to Amos and Vernice Mae (Anthony) Aites of Cowansville.

Shirley always showed acts of kindness to her family and anyone around her.

She was a member of the Church of God of Prophesy in Vandergrift, Pa.

Shirley is survived by her brothers, Wayne (Theresa) Aites of Lancaster, Pa., Robert Aites of Weaver, Ala., Richard (Sharon) Aites of Carson, Calif., and Ronald (Nelda) Aites of Kittanning; her sister, Doris Marie (Aites) Venesky; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Flick; her brothers, Floyd Eugene Aites, James Arthur Aites and Emmett Dale Aites; her sisters, Elva Mae Fair, ZoAnna Margie Thiry and Faye LaRue Wolfe; her brothers-in-law, James Fair, Charles Thiry, Clair Wolfe and John Venesky; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Wagner) Aites, Margaret Peggy (Forwood) Aites and Stella (Burford) Aites.

FLICK — Family and friends of Shirley June (Aites) Flick, who died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday with a service immediately following at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville, with the Rev. Scott Kifer officiating.
