We want to express our deep gratitude for the cards, prayers, food, flowers, Mass cards and hospice donations from our extended families, friends, neighbors and co-workers during the passing of our dad, Stanley J. Czzowitz.

We want to thank Dr. Chatta and her staff, Butler Hospital nurses and the VNA Hospice for their warmth and empathy in his care.

We especially appreciate the visits from Sister Nancy, Father Harry and Father Anthony. Our Dad was a devout Catholic and their visits brought him much comfort. We will cherish the memory of his beautiful, meaningful Funeral Mass at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church.

We’d like acknowledge Geibel Funeral Home for their compassionate professionalism in carrying out Dad’s wishes.

A very special thank you to Hattie Mittica for being such a great friend to him and to our youngest sibling Laura, who took such excellent care of Dad, enabling him to live his 85 years fully.
