Early Learning Connections is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) that is run by a volunteer board of directors. Early Learning Connections was incorporated in 1973 for the purpose of providing child-care services for children in Butler County.
Since 1973, Early Learning Connections has evolved into a leading child-care provider and developed additional social services to serve the needs of the community.
Programs provided by Early Learning Connections include child care, Head Start, ITCS (Infant Toddler Contracted Slots), Early Head Start, Pre-K Counts, Early Learning Resource Center Region 3, and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
