Teachers recognized by AP program
Two Mars Area High School teachers received letters of recognition from The College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) Program for their contributions to the 2020 AP Reading.
Rebecca Hoffmann, AP English teacher, and Bill Wesley, AP Biology teacher, were among the teachers and college faculty members who scored 535,478 AP English and composition exams and 233,444 AP biology exams in June 2020.
AP Readers ensure AP students can pursue college credit and placement opportunities even in the midst of school closures and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
