Concert will benefit tunnel improvement

The Brady Tunnel Jam will be at 5:30 p.m. July 31 at the northern portal of the old Brady Tunnel, which is being refurbished to complete a gap in the Armstrong Trail near East Brady.

Armstrong Trails is hosting the event, which will benefit further improvements at the tunnel.

A pig roast dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Live music by Max Schang’s Trio of Blues and Dusty Roads will follow.

Beer and wine will be available as well.

Tickets to the event, which are $50, include the pig roast, entertainment and a coupon good for one beer or wine.

Shuttle service to the tunnel begins at 4:30 p.m. from the parking lot at 1867 Sarah Furnace Road, Rimersburg.

Pre-registration is required for the 250 tickets to be sold for the Brady Tunnel Jam.
