Beverly Seybert
Beverly Louise Seybert, 88, of Butler, passed away Sunday morning, July 25, 2021, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.
She was born March 7, 1933, in Butler, a daughter of the late Roger and Thelma (Schnur) Miller.
Bev was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Church. Her faith was most important to her, as she was a Eucharistic Minister. She had worked at Hecketts and the Bon Ton and had volunteered at the Butler Memorial Hospital Cherry Tree, St. Andrew's bingo and the Adoration Chapel at St. Michael's. She had been a member of multiple card clubs; she was known for her excellent homemade pies; and she had loved the Pittsburgh Pirates — she never missed watching a game. Above all, her love for her seven children was most precious to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Harold Seybert, who died on June 9, 2002; and her sister, Margaret Dickey.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Roy) Snyder of Largo, Fla., and Marianne (Bob) Miller of Butler; and five sons, Patrick (Terri) Seybert, Timothy (Lisa) Seybert, Michael Seybert, Gregory (Jennifer) Seybert, of Butler, and Shawn (Sylvia) Seybert of Attleboro, Mass.
She also is survived by 14 grandchildren, Jesse Snyder, Ty Miller, Joel Seybert, Shane (Lisa) Seybert, Kayleigh Seybert, Camden Seybert, Isaiah Seybert, Chloe Seybert, Jacob Seybert, Lucas Seybert, Lauren Seybert, Samuel Seybert, David Seybert, and Nathan Seybert; and five great-grandchildren, Timmy, Andrew, James, Freya and Zora.
Also, surviving is her sister, Carol (Homer) Philips of Naples, Fla.
