We miss you so desperately.

We will never forget our talks

Conversations on the phone

How happy you were to see us

When each finally came home.

You worried so much about us

And, we worried about you too

I know this is the hardest thing

We’ve ever had to do.

We don’t know what to do Mom

We never thought we would lose you

Where we go from here

We still haven’t got a clue.

We know you’ll watch over us

And be our guiding light

We know you’ll always be with us

Giving us the strength we need

To live this endless fight.

You’re our guardian angel Mom

Sitting on our shoulders

Whispering your words of wisdom

Even though we are older.

We don’t want to say goodbye

So, we’ll just say we will meet again someday
