Raymond “Bud” Martin, 94, of Evans City, passed away Tuesday morning at Paramount Senior Living in Seven Fields.

Born Nov. 16, 1927, in Perryopolis, he was the son of the late Raymond and Gladys Hart Martin.

He was of the Protestant faith.

During his walk, you would often see him on the streets of Evans City talking to people.

He was a machine operator for Anvil Products, retiring in 1994.

Bud served our country during World War II in the U.S. Navy as a petty officer 3rd class.

He is survived by one son, William (Virginia) Martin of Warren, Pa.; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Doris R. Houggy Martin; one daughter, Patti Martin; two sons, David and Jerry; three sisters; and one brother.

MARTIN — Private services for Raymond “Bud” Martin, who died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022, will be held by the family at Evans City Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of A. CARL KINSEY-RONALD N. VOLZ FUNERAL HOME, Evans City.
