FORWARD TWP — One person was injured in a two-pickup truck crash in Forward Township on Saturday.

The incident occurred at 312 Watters Station Road at 4:24 p.m., according to Butler County 911 dispatch records.

State police troopers on scene said two pickup trucks were involved, after one of the trucks heading east around a left curve went into the opposing lane and hit the other vehicle.

One driver was taken to UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Township for facial injuries, police said.

Evans City and Callery Fire Department and Adams Township Police Department assisted with the incident.

No further information was available at the scene.
