Carole Tincha
Carole J. Tincha passed away on the morning of July 24, 2021, at Concordia in Cabot, at the age of 81.
She was born in Butler, and was the daughter to William and Margaret Knull.
Carole was a graduate of Butler High School. She then attended flight attendant school, where she loved seeing the country, before settling down to raise a family. She was married for 24 years to Eugene Tincha, who served in the Air Force, until he passed away in 1983. Carole worked at J.C. Penney for 28 years, where she enjoyed helping customers any way she could.
She was a member of Saint Andrew Orthodox Church in Lyndora, Pa. Carole was always looking forward to making pierogies, sisterhood meetings and socializing with other church members. She often donated to several charities, and enjoyed doing word puzzles and spending time with family and friends. She really loved taking her best buddy, Max, for walks around the neighborhood.
Carole is survived by her sons, Robert of Chippewa, Pa., David (Kimberly) of Butler, and Terrence of Butler,; daughter, Gale (William) Willis of Frederick Md.; and four grandchildren, John, April, Matthew, and Christopher.
Tincha — Friends of Carole J. Tincha, who died Saturday, July 24, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St., Butler.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at her gravesite at North Side Cemetery, Butler.
