Garret Banner stymied Center Township’s bats on Wednesday, striking out seven while allowing just one hit in a complete game in East Butler’s 6-1 win in Butler County Area Baseball League action.

Offensively, East Butler was led by Isaiah Lucas’ two singles and three RBI.

Cody Schnur had a double and two runs batted in, Austin Rogers singled and doubled and Braxton Hilderbrand had two base hits.

Center Township’s only hit was an infield single from Grant Clawson.
