Ben Smith sworn in as Butler's new mayor
Ben Smith was sworn into office as the mayor of Butler at the City Council reorganization meeting Tuesday morning.
Magisterial District Judge William Fullerton administered the oath of office to Smith in front of his family and friends in council chambers.
