Emma L. Melensky
Emma Louise Melensky, 85, of Ammon, Idaho, formerly of Seattle, Wash., and of the Emlenton area, died of natural cause Sunday in Ammon.
She had lived in the Emlenton area before moving to Seattle 10 years ago with her daughter, JoAnne Nixdorf and family; and about four months ago, they moved to Ammon.
Born in Pittsburgh, Aug. 10, 1921, she was the daughter of John and Louise Schuck Plank.
She was a Catholic.
Her husband, Ralph Roy Melensky Sr., whom she married March 29, 1946, died April 25, 1995.
Surviving are a son, Ralph Roy Melensky Jr. of Cranberry, Venango County; two daughters, JoAnne Nixdorf of Ammon and Nancy Marcino of Shelley, Idaho; eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
<B>MELENSKY </B>— Friends of Emma Louise Melensky, who died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home</B>, Main Street, Eau Claire. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
