Timothy Schnur

Timothy Schnur, 57, of Butler, passed away Thursday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital, with his family by his side.

Born Feb. 7, 1963, in Butler, he was the son of the late Clair and Dolores (Eagal) Schnur.

He was a carpenter and had worked for many local businesses.

At a young age, he had the love of music and began playing drums. He is known throughout the community as a drummer with many local bands.

He loved his family, pets, dogs, and his grandchildren.

Tim was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Anderson Bergbigler; his stepchildren, Kristan Kudamik of Fenelton, and Jim Bergbigler of Butler; six step-grandchildren, Emily, Nikki, Tessa, Anna, Sophie and Brandon; his brother, Lance Schnur of Jefferson Hills, Pa.; and two nephews, Jason and Nicholas Schnur.

SCHNUR — The family of Timothy Schnur, who died Thursday, July 16, 2020, will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2020, at Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.Due to public health concerns, state-mandated regulations will be implemented.A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Pastor Ben Oesterling of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Prospect, officiating.To leave an online tribute, visit www.raisleyfunerahome.com.
