Nancy Dana Haas, 68, of Sarver, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 15, 1953, in Butler, she was the daughter of Richard McDonald and Nancy Walker McDonald.

Dana was a board-certified registered nurse practitioner, having retired from Butler Memorial Hospital after serving for 30 years and also Allegheny Health Network. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Saxonburg. She enjoyed traveling, social media and especially spending time with her grandsons.

Surviving are her husband, Teddy L. Haas, whom she married March 7, 1975; her son, Jesse (Alicia) Haas of Sarver; her brother, Michael (Svetlana) McDonald of Butler; and two grandsons, Jayson and Evan.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Michelle McDonald Boeke and Colleen Pratt.

HAAS — Friends of Nancy Dana Haas, who died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, Saxonburg.

Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Galica, officiating.
