Marian I. Codispot

Marian I. Codispot, 77, of Butler, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021.

She was born July 13, 1943, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late James and Lenora McConnell.

Marian enjoyed watching “The Golden Girls” and being with her family. Above all else, she loved nothing more than visiting her children and family in Florida.

Marian was the loving and devoted wife of Theodore Codispot Sr.; mother of Theodore (Tamara) Codispot Jr., Bobbie (Tom) Newell, Melissa (Chris) Ellis and Becky (Mike) Fair; and the sister of Bill (Sue) McConnell.

Marian is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a large and loving family, and her companion cat, “Kitty.”

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia Longdon and Sally Lawhead.

CODISPOT — Services for Marian I. Codispot, who died Monday, May 31, 2021, will be held privately and are under the direction of SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
