A Cranberry township man accused of threatening to shoot his wife and “take out” her co-workers had his case transferred to common pleas court this week.

CRANBERRY TWP — A township man accused of threatening to shoot his wife and “take out” her co-workers had his case transferred to common pleas court this week.

Scott T. Lowery, 50, is charged with felony terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and misdemeanor terroristic threats causing the evacuation of a building for the incident, which occurred June 20.

According to the criminal complaint, Lowery allegedly told his business partner that he was leaving work to go home and get his son's handgun. He then said he was going to go to his wife's workplace, “to kill her with the firearm,” the complaint states.
