Ravens nip Browns, 47-42
CLEVELAND — Talk about drama.
Justin Tucker booted a 55-yard field goal with two seconds left Monday night, handing the Baltimore Ravens a 47-42 victory in Cleveland.
The final two points occurred oin a safety during the final kickoff.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson rushed for 124 yards and two touchdowns before leaving the game with an undisclosed ailment in the third quarter Monday night in Cleveland. Penn State product Trace McSorley replaced him.
When McSorley was injured with two minutes to play, Jackson returned to the game for a fourth-down play and found Marquise Brown for a 44-yard touchdown pass, handing Baltimore a 42-35 lead over the Browns (9-4).
Baker Mayfield’s 22-yard scoring pass to Kareem Hunt with 1:04 left tied the game.
Cleveland had rallied from a 14-point deficit in the second half to take a 35-34 lead before Jackson’s heroics.
