The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with the Butler County Humane Society for a fundraising “Pool Pawty” from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Alameda Waterpark, 184 Alameda Road.

For $10, a dog can enjoy a canine-only swim in the pool. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to the humane society, whose members will judge the longest jump contest.

Dog owners must bring a copy of their pet’s license and a copy of current vaccination records to gain entry to the water park.
