YOUNGSTOWN — Knoch graduate and Youngstown State senior outfielder Dom Bucko has been named the Horizon League Batter of the Week.

Bucko batted .615 and tallied eight hits, including two home runs, a double and triple in 13 at-bats. He led the Penguins to a 3-1 series victory over Illinois-Chicago.

He had a career-high five RBI in a 14-9 win in the series finale. He tripled home the tying run and scored the winning tally in a 2-1 win to begin the series.
