Rep. Tim Bonner, R-Mercer/Butler, will host a concealed carry seminar from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at the East End Fire Department at 104 Wilson Ave. in Mercer County.

In addition to Bonner, chief deputy sheriff Ron Shilling and Mercer County district attorney Peter C. Acker will discuss the concealed carry laws in Pennsylvania.
