Scholarship Winner
Karns City High graduate Anthony Kamenski, right, was one of 16 District 9 football players who received a $1,000 scholarship at the 5th annual Frank Varischetti All-Star Game, played in Brockway Aug. 7. Kamenski received the BC3 scholarship. He is pictured with Jill Martin-Rend, director of Butler County Community College’s Brockway campus. Kamenski will major in Secondary Education at Westminster College.
