BC3 @ Cranberry to host open house

CRANBERRY TWP — BC3 @ Cranberry will display its 10 associate degree programs, its affordability and the transferability to colleges and universities of its credits for prospective students at a summer open house July 29.

The open house, which will take place at 250 Executive Drive, is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The community college campus will waive its $25 application fee for students who apply either at the open house or between July 26 and Aug. 3. To apply for free, applicants can enter the code “BC3Bound” at apply.bc3.edu.

Those in attendance at the open house can ask representatives about BC3 @ Cranberry’s two-year career and transfer programs, financial aid, support services and scholarships as well as why BC3 has been ranked the best Pennsylvania community college five times since 2015.

The Cranberry campus’ two-year programs include business management, digital audio and video production, criminology and social work. Additionally, students can take pre-nursing courses in Cranberry and finish their degree in nursing on BC3’s main campus.

The BC3 @ Cranberry fall semester starts Aug. 23.
