Butler police recover stolen gun
Officers remove evidence after executing a search warrant at a city house in connection with a burglary.
Four people taken in for questioning.
City police recovered a stolen gun and took four people into custody after executing a search warrant at a South Street house Monday afternoon.
The people, three males and one female, were being questioned Monday at the city police station about their possible role in a burglary in the city over the weekend, Deputy Chief Dave Adam said.
Adam said it was unknown if the weekend burglary was connected to a series of other burglaries in the city during November.
A full report will appear in tomorrow's Butler Eagle.
