CHERRYTWP — The Moniteau School District will host a meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday in the high school auditorium so the public can meet the new band director, Mark Rodgers, who was hired July 1. All band parents and students are welcome to attend.

GROVE CITY — Former students of Wolf Creek Township Schools (Gordon, Patterson, and Montgomery) will meet for their annual reunion at 5 p.m. on July 13 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church picnic pavilion on Scrubgrass Road, Grove City. Participants are asked to take food to share and their own table setting. Coffee and cold drinks will be furnished. The Adam Rettig Sr. 45th annual family reunion will be held at 2 p.m. July 20 at the Butler Memorial Park Rotary Shelter. Family members are asked to take canned goods, white elephant gifts for prizes and a well-filled picnic basket. Soft drinks, hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided.Tickets for drawings will be available and will help defray reunion costs. The reunion will also include bingo, games and raffles. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. and will be followed by a business meeting.
