BUTLER TWP — The Butler County Community College golf team opened its season this week in quest of its seventh consecutive Western Pa. Collegiate Conference championship.

Carmen Oliva (Neshannock) is the lone returnee from last year’s team. He was named to the all-Region XX squad last season and helped lead the Pioneers to the region title.

Other golfers on the roster are Knoch graduate Beau Rusnak, Butler grads Jake Cuny and Camden Seybert, A-C Valley grad Ben Rhoads and Armstrong grad Jocelyn Dias.
