Cubs boxer Mowry scores victory
WEXFORD — Butler Cubs heavyweight boxer Brian Mowry scored a unanimous decision over Christopher Orteiz of Johnstown in an amateur bout Saturday night at Jack’s Gym.
The fight was held without fans and was the first match by a Cubs boxer since February. Mowry improved to 15-5 in his amateur career.
