Christopher Michael Porco, 46, of Butler, formerly of Munhall, died suddenly at home on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022.

He was a self-employed contractor/carpenter, and member of Holy Sepulcher Church in Butler.

Chris enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching his son play sports, and listening to music with his daughter.

Born Sept. 10, 1975, at Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, he was the loving son of Gaspare and Rosa Provenzano Porco of Munhall, and husband of Jennifer Danhires Porco.

He was the devoted and loving father of Gaspare and Gulianna Porco, both at home; loving brother of Joseph (Teresa) Porco of Sarver, Teresa (Colin) Porco Curry of Allison Park, and Sonya (Michael) Porco Matthews of Forest Hills; son-in-law of Edward and Jayne Danhires of Carrick; and brother-in-law of Edward Danhires of Carrick, and Bryan (Cherie) Danhires of Morgantown, W.Va.

He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, baby girl Porco; his paternal grandparents, Giuseppe and Elena Porco; his maternal grandparents, Alberto and Teresa Provenzano; his aunt, Clara Belan; and his cousin, Annamaria Porco.

PORCO — Friends and family of Christopher Michael Porco, who died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Sepulcher Church with the Rev. Charles Bober as celebrant.

Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
