Natural gas co. subleases Westinghouse office space

CRANBERRY TWP — It’s the headquarters to a nuclear power company, but its new tenant is a natural gas company. And in the Seneca Valley School District, the name is apropos.

Seneca Resources Company, a natural gas company based in Houston, applied for and received an occupancy permit to move into the Westinghouse Electric Company campus in Cranberry Woods. A significant portion of the roughly 824,000-square-foot campus is slated to be sublet from Westinghouse to other companies, as the headquarters has downsized since its bankruptcy and later sale.
