Butler Township Police2:54 p.m. Sept. 5 — Brandy Gillen, 28, of Butler was driving her car east on New Castle Road when she was unable to come to a stop and crashed into a vehicle driven by Paul Winters, 74, of Butler. Gillen's vehicle was towed.2:13 p.m. Aug. 31 — Patricia Coates, 67, of State College pulled her car out in front of a car driven by Marilyn Young, 37, of Fairmont City on East Jefferson Street and Dellwood Road, causing an accident. Coates suffered a minor injury and both vehicles were towed.5:32 p.m. Aug. 16 — James D. Hall, 60, of Wilmerding, Allegheny County, was charged with DUI and other related charges after he crashed on SR 3036. He had to be taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for unknown injuries, and his car was towed.July 29 — 10:28 p.m. — Allan S. Demko, 40, of Butler was charged with DUI following what police described as an incident in a Sheetz parking lot on Pittsburgh Road.
