Cranberry Township's Community Response Team will host its first volunteer event Wednesday to provide those in need with essential supplies like food, water and toiletries

Volunteers will report to the township's Public Safety Training Center, 1000 Maintenance Building Drive, from noon to 12:30 p.m. to receive paperwork, a shopping list and gift cards. They will buy items and return to the training center, but remain in their vehicles.
