The Freeport Theatre Festival will help celebrate Freeport's 175th anniversary with a performance of "Massey Harbison, a Historical Drama," a story about a pioneer heroine and Freeporter, as written and directed by Rennick Steele.Performances are July 11 to 13, 18 to 20, 25 to 27 and Aug. 1 to 3. Extra performances are offered as part of the town's anniversary celebrations the week of July 26 through Aug. 3.
