The Associated Artists of Butler County will open "The Art of Sound" on Friday in the Underground Gallery at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St.

The exhibit will continue through June 24.

Elemental is scheduled to perform in concert Saturday.

The annual spring show and sale continues through June 4.

MARION CENTER — A Butler band will play at the fourth annual Solid Rock and Metal Fest on June 6 at the Ambrose Baptist Church, 22 Georgeville Road.Hand Drawn Mountains is one of eight Christian bands scheduled to perform. PITTSBURGH — FliteZone, the outdoor free-flight bird show at the National Aviary, will open Memorial Day weekend with new program content and the debut of several species never before seen in free-flight at the aviaryTwo different shows will be offered this year: The raptor show will feature eagles, black kites, an auger buzzard and vultures.
