&bull The 32nd annual Butler Fall Fest offers food, crafts and entertainment Saturday on Main Street in downtown Butler. The Butler County Symphony Association office at 259 S. Main St. will be open during the festival for those wishing to buy concert tickets.

• Oktoberfest comes early to Evans City with activities from Friday through Sunday.

• September by the River Festival in Freeport with an Anything That Floats race plus a chili cook-off hosted by the Freeport VFD and EMS on Saturday.

• Penn's Colony begins this Saturday and Sunday and continues Sept. 25 and 26 at its site off Saxonburg Boulevard in Saxonburg.

The Maridon Museum has scheduled four films for its Korean Film Series. They are:• "Chunhyang," about a governor's son marrying the daughter of a courtesan, 2:30 p.m. Saturday, presented by Dr. Eva Tsuquiashi-Daddesio from Slippery Rock University.• "A Tale of Two Sisters," an odyssey of sisters who return home to their cruel stepmother after spending time in a mental institution, 7 p.m. Oct. 29, presented by Dr. William Covey from SRU.• A film to be announced, 7 p.m. Nov. 8.• "Taegukgi: The Brotherhood of War," at 7 p.m. Nov. 29, presented by Dr. Song hee Kim, visiting professor at SRU.Admission is free, but reservations are required.
