Butler County Humane Society Fur Ball patron Ray Varga poses with a dapperly dressed Hilton at the 14th edition of the Fur Ball. The event was held at the Butler Country Club on Saturday. The Fur Ball featured cocktail attire and a silent auction, a basket auction, dinner, dancing and a cocktail reception. Typically held on the last Saturday in April, the ball is the humane society’s largest fundraising event of the year. After losing several events to the pandemic, including last year’s Fur Ball, the humane society was excited about the event’s return.
