Patricia Louise Thompson, 72, of Butler, Pennsylvania

Patricia Louise Thompson, 72, of Butler, passed away on May 5, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 24, 1948, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Carl Aaron Stamm and the late Zelma Elizabeth Somerville Stamm.

Patricia was a member of First Baptist Church.

She enjoyed reading Christian and Amish novels, and was a homemaker. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the boys and grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Raymond E. Thompson, whom she married on March 23, 1968; three sons, Jeffrey R. (Jackie) Thompson of Butler, Todd E. (Bethann) Thompson of Chicora, and Matthew A. (Vikki) Thompson of Butler; four grandchildren, Jocalyn (Rob) Shaner, Sarah Thompson, Noah Thompson and Taryn Thompson; two sisters, Leona (Joe) Pierrel of Butler, and Ruth (Dave) Morris of Butler; one brother, Don (Carol) Stamm of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

THOMPSON — Family and friends of Patricia Louise Thompson, who died Wednesday, May 5, 2021, will be received from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, with the funeral service to immediately follow at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler, with Pastor David Maitland of First Baptist Church officiating.Due to COVID-19 state guidelines, visitors are required to supply and to wear a facial mask and adhere to social distancing. Groups are limited to 50 people inside.Burial will take place in Greenlawn Burial Estates.Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, 221 New Castle St., Butler, PA 16001.Online condolences can be given at www.thompson-miller.com.
