The Penn Township teen must also serve two years of probation and continue mental health treatment.Having served jail time, Bowen was immediately paroled.As part of a deal reached with prosecutors in July, Bowen pleaded no contest to one count of terroristic threats.Bowen was charged after a Snapchat video surfaced Jan. 6 depicting him firing a gun with the caption “Training for Prom Walk” scrawled over the video.
