Laurie Faye Clark Parker, 61, of Hilliards, passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler after a courageous and valiant battle with cancer.

Born on March 2, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Alice V. Downing Clark.

Laurie was an enjoyable and loving person. She was artistic and enjoyed scrapbooking, ceramics, crocheting, making dolls clothes and afghans.

Laurie also loved and took care of animals, but of all of her projects, she most enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Norman Parker of Hilliards; three children, Bridget Parker of Butler, Crystal (Darren) Kolarik of Portersville and Courtney (Dominic) Pallone of Butler; and four sisters, Pat (Wilbur) Van Zandt of Franklin, Barb Seigworth of Knox, Millie (Doug) Hart of Cranberry and Polly Thompson of Clarion.

She is also survived by two brothers, Fred (Emma) Clark of Ohio and Kenny (Sheila) Clark of Emlenton; her grandchildren, Branden, Dalton and Lacey Henry of Slippery Rock, Destiny, Parker and Darrian Kolarik of Portersville and Isabella Pallone of Butler; and one great-grandchild, Carson Beitch of Butler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Miller; and a brother, Denny Clark.

PARKER — Friends of Laurie Faye Clark Parker, who died Saturday, March 2, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at H.
