SRU's Kozarian gets PSAC athlete of week
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University second baseman Jon Kozarian has been named PSAC West Baseball Athlete of the Week.
Kozarian hit .571 (8-for-14) in four games against Clarion last week, collecting seven RBI and three runs scored. He had four doubles and a triple.
Kozarian has started 64 consecutive games for The Rock and is hitting .336 in his collegiate career.
