Knoch's Mandi Moxie is cross country champ
WORTH TWP — Knoch’s Mandi Moxie became the first runner in school history to win a WPIAL Class AA cross country championship, placing first Thursday at Cooper’s Lake Campground with at time of 19 minutes, 46 seconds.
Seneca Valley girls team also won the team title in Class AAA.
