Chase car passenger caught by police

Police have arrested a Butler man who was a passenger in a sport-utility vehicle that police said intentionally struck two city police vehicles, leaving three officers injured early Saturday morning.

Butler Police Chief Bob O'Neill said two of the officers were treated at Butler Memorial Hospital and the third refused initial treatment. None of their injuries were considered serious.

Police arrested Ryan Wilson, 27, who allegedly fled the SUV after it drove over an embankment in a church parking lot after the officers were injured. He is being held in the Butler County Prison this morning on a $25,000 cash bond.
