Michael A. Stivason

Michael A. Stivason, 52, of Butler passed away Saturday.

Born Feb. 3, 1966, in Kittanning, he was a son of Judy McKinney and the late Richard Stivason.

He was previously a cook, waiter and bartender for various restaurants.

Michael enjoyed music and had attended many concerts. He enjoyed carnivals and fishing. He adored his pets and was very caring to them. He was a thoughtful person toward his friends and was very good to his mother. Life will never be the same without him. He will be sadly missed.

Surviving are his mother, Judy McKinney, and his stepfather, Ronald Campbell, of Butler; two brothers, Bo (Lianne) Campbell of Butler and Christopher Campbell of Prospect; a daughter, Jerrah; his niece, Jordan Campbell; his very close friend, Shawna Rimer, and her daughter, Chelsey Rimer; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

STIVASON — Family and friends of Michael A. Stivason, who died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St. Butler.A prayer service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the funeral home with the Rev. Mitchell M.
