Dorothy L. Sasse, 92, of Saxonburg, passed away Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, at The Orchards of Saxonburg.

She was born May 8, 1929, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Homer E. Gaiser and Lesetta (Rettig) Gaiser.

She was a member of Saxonburg Memorial United Presbyterian Church.

Dorothy was a retired driver for Bauman Bus Co., having worked there for 13 years.

Surviving are her daughter, Linda (Robert) Knoch of Marble, Pa.; two sons, Victor H. (Toni) Sasse of Cabot, and Ricky A. (Kim) Sasse of Butler; two grandchildren, Michael (Shannon) Sweeney of Florida, and Zebulan (Kim) Sasse of Cabot; and five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan and Jade Sweeney, and Tyler and Chase Sasse.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

SASSE — Service and burial will be private for Dorothy L. Sasse, who died Monday, Aug. 23, 2021.
