Lillian F. Winning

Lillian F. Winning, 90, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, passed away on Tuesday morning, Oct. 26, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, with her family at her side.

Born Dec. 22, 1930, in Glenshaw, she was the daughter of the late Zerah and Viola Stickney Perry.

Lillian had been an administrative secretary for the Mars Area School District, and was a member of the Valencia United Presbyterian Church.

She was the loving mother of Judy Bell of Butler, Ronald Winning (Bonnie) of Natrona Heights and Donna Jean “D.J.” Meigel (Richard) of Butler.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Josh Johnson (Julia Watts Belser), Dawn Hallam, Katie Bowser (Kevin), Tracey Rozelle (Mac), Becky Glover (Chris), Cathy Davis (Patrick) and Amy Chase (Neal); her sister Mary E. Fink of Cheswick; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Winning, whom she married on July 17, 1950, and who died on Nov. 29, 2015; two sisters; and four brothers.

WINNING — A private family viewing and service was held for Lillian F. Winning, who died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021.

Burial was in Mount Royal Cemetery, Shaler Township.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
