Red Barn Players present 'Bonnie & Clyde' musical
FRANKLIN TWP, Beaver County — The Red Barn Players will present a musical about two well-known figures in American folklore with the opening of “Bonnie & Clyde” on Friday.
The show features a book by Ivan Menchell, lyrics by Don Black and music by Broadway composer Frank Wildhorn.
The show is set for 8 p.m. July 6-7, 12-14 and 19-21.
At the height of the Great Depression, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow went from small-town nobodies to America’s most renowned folk heroes. Their bold and reckless behavior puts them and their loved ones in trouble with the law.
Playing the title roles in the show are Andrea Cary of Conway and Travis Myers-Arrigoni of Pittsburgh.
The cast also includes Patty Stevens of Mars, and Phoebe Constanza and William Shoemaker, both of Slippery Rock.
