Evans City's Rader gets 2nd racing win
WASHINGTON, Pa. — Trainer Kelly Rader of Evans City claimed a 5-year-old mare, Kinda Cool Lady, for $8,000 recently.
The horse won her second straight race for Rader Tuesday in harness racing action at The Meadows. She captured a $6,600 Claiming Trot.
