Stanley Tyrone Albright

Stanley Tyrone Albright, 67, of Zelienople passed away on Thursday while under the care of the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Born Nov. 26, 1951, in Cumberland, Md., he was the son of the late Theodore Perry Albright and Josephine Bennett Albright.

Tyrone proudly served our country in the U.S. Army for three tours during Vietnam.

He was a member of the Cranberry Township VFW Post 879 and the Zelienople Sportsman's Club.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Tyrone also enjoyed coaching the Freedom youth wresting team and the Freedom/ New Sewickley youth baseball team.

He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.

Tyrone leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 40 years, Jo Ann Wright Albright; his three children, Stacie (Michael) Valencia of Tucson, Ariz., Emma (Braden) Blauser of Louisville, KY, and TJ (Melissa) Albright of Sewickley, PA; two grandchildren, Maricela and Gabriel Valencia; a brother, Wayne (Debbie) Albright of Hopewell Twp.; a sister, Louise Kifer of Ambridge; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Albright; a sister, Ruth Downey; and his dear mother-in-law, Judith Wright.

ALBRIGHT — The family of Stanley Tyrone Albright, who died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of a memorial service at 2 p.m. Monday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Tyrone's honor to the Cranberry Township VFW Post 879, c/o Rex Brown, 119 Zeigler Drive, Harmony, PA 16037, or to the VNA Inpatient Hospice, 154 Hindman Road, Butler, PA 16001.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
