Kenneth Wagner and Angela Carr

An Aug. 7 wedding is being planned by Angela Carr and Kenneth Wagner, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Deborah Carr of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ronald and Monica Wagner of Renfrew.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2008 graduate of Clarion University.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Butler High School and in 2003 from the Wyoming Technical Institute.
