Susan Neason and Christopher Toy

An August wedding is being planned by Susan Neason and Christopher Toy, both of Louisville, Ky.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Theresa Neason of Simpsonville, S.C. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Harlan Toy, formerly of Slippery Rock and JoAnn Toy, formerly of Butler. The Toys now live in Souderton.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Lander University in South Carolina. She is completing a master's degree in costume design from the University of South Carolina.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Purdue University. He works as an industrial engineer for Montaplast in Frankfort, Ky.
