Andrew Briggs and Dana Balkovec

A Sept. 5 wedding is being planned by Dana Balkovec and Andrew Briggs, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Francine Balkovec of Glenshaw. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Scott and Sue Briggs of Saxonburg.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Shaler High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed by Forest Pharmaceuticals.

Her fiance graduated in 2000 from Knoch High School and in 2004 from Butler County Community College. He is employed by Bobby Rahal BMW in Canonsburg.
